Landplan Consultancy provides a full range management and design services for camp clients. Landplan takes full use of expertise in landscape architecture to not only understand the context, but the purpose of a park for a neighborhood or region.  The users of parks vary and Landplan understands the needs and options to provide a successful park.   Landplan has experience with design for a number of parks in the northeast and considers every aspect from design, maintenance, seasonal use and interest, security, and revenue.

Streetscapes

Landplan promotes a pedestrian scale and comfort through urban design.  The architecture, width of the sidewalk, street furniture, plant material, and paving materials at appropriate scale, design, and layout all contribute to the function, attractiveness, and safety for all users.  The growing trend of pedestrianism and complete streets shows that streetscapes will grow in importance and need to be supportive of retail, residential, and mixed use areas.
